Tendenza Wedding – Litty & Sean

We just couldn’t stop smiling. The. Whole. Day. Long. The beginning of forever for Litty and Sean began on a gorgeous day in downtown Philadelphia. We have to admit… we got swept up in the bride and groom’s excitement as they prepared for their nuptials. You could literally feel the spark of romance in the air as they gathered with loved ones before walking down the aisle!

Some of the dreamy details:

  • An intimate ceremony with family and friends took place at St. George’s Church. There were a few tears of joy shed as the emotional ceremony took place.
  • We were captivated by Litty’s sheer v-neck dress with incredible cathedral-length veil. She looked like an absolute dream as she walked down the aisle toward her husband-to-be.
  • Sean looked so sharp as he anxiously awaited his bride to reach the altar. You could clearly tell that this day was the happiest of his life!
  • After the ceremony, it was time for the reception at Tendenza. This venue always leaves us in a state of awe, and this time was no different. From its 3-level cocktail area to its glamorous ballroom, Tendenza is a magical spot to celebrate true love. Drinks, a fabulous dinner and lots of dancing took place under the glittering chandeliers and high-beamed ceilings.
  • We especially loved the elegant details of this wedding — from the rich hues of the flowers to the modern cake design. Nothing was overlooked!
Being able to witness Litty and Sean’s true love was an amazing experience. And, being able to capture these moments forever for them was quite an honor. Thank you, Litty and Sean for allowing us to share your Big Day with you. May your life together be full of love, and your love be full of life!

Every architectural detail and carefully maintained space contributed to an atmosphere that felt both elegant and welcoming. The indoor and outdoor areas each offered their own unique charm, providing beautiful backdrops for both the ceremony and reception. The venue’s event team worked seamlessly behind the scenes, ensuring that every aspect of the day ran smoothly and that guests were comfortable throughout the celebration. It was clear why this venue has earned its reputation as one of the premier wedding destinations in the region.

Getting Ready

The morning began with an air of excitement and anticipation as Litty & Sean prepared separately for the day ahead. The bridal suite was a scene of beautiful chaos, with the hair and makeup team working their magic while bridesmaids shared stories and laughter. These getting ready moments are always some of our favorites to photograph, as they capture the raw, unfiltered emotions of the day before the ceremony begins. The bride’s transformation was stunning, each element coming together to create a vision of elegance. Meanwhile, the groom and groomsmen shared their own bonding moments, adjusting ties and cufflinks while reminiscing about years of friendship. The first time the bride saw herself fully dressed was an emotional moment that we were honored to capture, a quiet pause before the whirlwind of the day truly began.

The Ceremony

As the ceremony began, a hush fell over the gathered guests, and all eyes turned to witness this beautiful union. The carefully chosen readings resonated deeply with everyone present, speaking to the universal themes of love, commitment, and partnership. Litty & Sean’s vows were a beautiful testament to their relationship, filled with personal promises that drew both laughter and tears from their loved ones. Every detail of the ceremony space had been considered, from the elegant floral arrangements framing the altar to the soft lighting that bathed the scene in a warm, romantic glow. The ring exchange was a poignant moment, symbolizing the eternal bond being forged. As they were pronounced married, the joy that erupted from the crowd was absolutely palpable.

The Reception
