We love what we do, and it transpires in every single second of our lives as professionals in the wedding industry. We love our jobs, but even more than anything, we love being a real, integral party of so many love stories – to us, this feels like working in modern, real-life Guastavino’s fairytale wedding. And that is more priceless than any other part of our job.
In our last blog post, we presented Alex and Zach’s absolutely stunning wedding – and we wanted to go even deeper into their photo shoot and how the wedding unveiled itself. To be honest, this was a truly marvelous event – and we’re more than certain both the bride and the groom will remember it for the years to come. The atmosphere was filled with joy and love, creating unforgettable memories for all their guests. Their
wedding celebration at Guastavino’s perfectly complemented the elegance of the day, with its breathtaking architecture and warm ambiance. As the couple danced the night away, it was clear that this was a celebration they would cherish forever.
The Ceremony
What are other parts of Alex and Zach’s wedding that impressed us? Read on and inspire yourself.
- The entire event was flooded with simple, timeless elegance – the kind that will simply look gorgeous 5, 10, and even 90 years from now. The decor, the bride’s dress, the way the couple managed to bring together their different cultural heritages – every single minute of this wedding was magical.
- The wedding itself was decorated in white, silver, and green accents. The silver parts looked awe-inspiring with the location of the wedding, while the green and white flower arrangements added liveliness and energy to the entire ambiance.
- The wedding cake was in line with the concept of the entire event – a simple, tiered cake covered in white, with fine black accents. And although the wedding was clearly elegant and stylish, the groom and the bride managed to incorporate their own personalities into the mix as well, offering sweet treats packed in black-and-white bags as wedding favors.
- This unforgettable day was filled with truly touching moments too. From the wedding ceremony (officiated by a rabbi and a Catholic priest) to the special dances, the violin that enchanted guests during the cocktail, and the band that lifted up their spirits to dance and have fun, every single detail of this wedding was extremely well-chosen and meaningful.
Don’t forget – trends come and go, so you want your wedding to be just as “modern” today as it will be five decades from now! Plan an event that feels truly yours, regardless of what trends may dictate!

Getting Ready
In fact, it was so impressive we would like to share some of their wedding’s details with you, our readers. We know they’ll inspire you to create your very own timeless event!
- The couple’s wedding bands were as classic as they come. He wore a simple platinum band with “My forever. My love.” engraved on the back of the ring, while she wore a diamond-encrusted piece that looked stunning with her diamond engagement ring.
- The bride’s dress was a classic A-cut with ruffles and leaf-like applications. She was so shiny and beautiful when she walked down the aisle, wearing a traditional, but definitely not over the top wedding veil and her delicate, feminine dress!
- The bride’s something blue was portrayed by a beautiful pair of blue sandals that complemented her attire to absolute perfection.
- The groom’s attire was flawless, and so were the attires of his attendants as well. He wore a simple tuxedo, paired with a ribbed tuxedo shirt and a stylish black bow-tie. Everything was tastefully accessorized by a boutonniere made from calla lilies wrapped in white silk and three small pearls that perfectly complemented the entire appeal of the attire.
- The bridesmaids wore simple black dresses, and each of them had the freedom to choose a neckline and a cut that flattered their bodies. Therefore, they looked absolutely elegant as well – and most importantly, they felt amazing in their own skin.
- The bride and groom’s First Look photo shooting was magical. The space between them was electrifying, there was real, raw love in the air and everyone present could feel it in the couple’s smiles, in the way they gracefully embraced each other, in the way they reacted when they first saw each other all prepped up.
We are more than happy we were part of Alex and Zach’s wedding – it was an experience we truly loved. Flawlessness at its best!
