Magical. If we only had one word to describe Taylor and Andrew’s wedding, this would certainly be it! Cipriani 25 Broadway, with its dramatic towering ceilings and soaring marble columns, provided a perfectly organic backdrop for their romantic day. After 7 years together, their heartfelt nuptials were a celebration of true love.
No detail overlooked
Here are some of our favorite things about this unforgettable wedding:
- The bride’s gown was breathtaking. Taylor originally had a vision of what she wanted her dress to look like. She pictured a design that was effortless yet glamorous — a simple silhouette with fun beading and a short veil. The problem: She couldn’t find her dream dress anywhere. That’s when she decided to enlist the help of New York pattern maker Lars Nord. Together, they worked on the design while sourcing the fabric locally. Their fittings became one of Taylor’s favorite parts of the wedding planning experience.
- The groom looked dashing in his tuxedo by Mr. Ned Custom Tailoring. While all eyes seemed to be on the bride, Taylor only had eyes for Andrew!
- Talk about dreamy wedding decor! The candlelit space felt so romantic, and even though some of the candles started to burn rapidly, it just added to the overall romantic feel. The couple chose a moodier color palette for the October day and incorporated rich purples, reds, and greens along with white into the space. And we can’t forget to mention the black and white dance floor! It was old school and added the perfect touch.
It was an absolute honor to take these photographs and share this once-in-a-lifetime day with the bride and groom. We wish them of lifetime of love, laughter and happiness!
